Shipping policy

Notice 
Parcel Shipping is only available for orders containing up to 666 items. Orders exceeding this quantity must be shipped via Freight Shipping.

Insurance
If you require insurance for your freight shipment, please contact us via email at "info[at]fragranta.eu". Freight shipments are not insured by default.

Parcel shipments are insured through the carrier as follows:
DHL up to 500 € per parcel, DPD United Kingdom up to 2.000 € per parcel, and all other parcel shipments up to 4.000 € per parcel.

Please note that the insurance coverage is provided by the carrier, not by Fragranta. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
