Versace Eros was launched in 2012 and created by perfumer Aurélien Guichard. It is an aromatic fougère for men that pairs bright freshness with sweet warmth. The opening is built on mint oil, green or candied apple, Italian lemon and mandarin, giving the fragrance an immediately vivid, energetic lift. The heart turns richer with tonka bean, ambroxan, floral geranium plus touches of vanilla and sage, adding creamy depth. In the base, Madagascar vanilla, Atlas and Virginia cedarwood, vetiver and oakmoss deliver a warm, woody and long-lasting finish. Its character is described as masculine and sensual with a clearly noticeable sillage, most often worn for evening occasions and through spring, autumn and winter.
