Eros Flame was launched in 2018 and composed by Olivier Pescheux as a fresher, distinctly woodier reading of the well-known Eros. The opening is built on lively Italian citrus – chinotto or bitter orange, mandarin and lemon – cut through by Madagascar black pepper and aromatic rosemary. The heart brings Pepperwood together with geranium and rose, a spicy-floral bridge that carries the composition from bright to warm. The drydown stays sensual and long-lasting: tonka bean and vanilla add a soft sweetness while Texas cedarwood, sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver and moss provide earthy depth. Rated highly for intensity and staying power, it suits spring, autumn and winter wear and moves easily from office days to evening occasions. The vivid red flacon with gold accents mirrors the fiery character of the scent.
